Participation and free access
As part of the QrKontakt promotion, we provide one year of free access to the service together with a QR sticker that enables its use. The sticker enables use of the service; promotional access lasts one year from activation and is free. The participant pays InPost directly for postage only.
The free year starts when the sticker is activated. Service features require an account and activation under the service terms. Access expires after one year unless extended. Receiving or activating a sticker does not start paid renewal. Any paid extension requires a separate order under terms shown before ordering. Terms of Service.
Selection limits apply to each submission. You may submit another request while stickers are available; participation is not blocked by device or IP address. A shipping code cannot belong to two requests, even if an earlier request was rejected. The campaign runs until the available stock is exhausted; its end does not remove rights arising from requests already accepted.
Sticker selection and reservations
You may choose at most one small sticker (45 × 25 mm) and one large sticker (90 × 45 mm). You may skip either size, but must choose at least one sticker. Stock is limited. Selecting items on this page alone does not reserve them.
After you create a reservation with “Get free stickers”, the selected items are held for 15 minutes. Enter the sending code and accept these rules during that time. If cancelled or expired, the items return to stock. After submission, they remain reserved while the code is reviewed.
Shipping code, dispatch and refunds
Create a Mini Locker-to-Locker parcel in InPost Mobile. Enter yourself as the recipient and choose the destination locker where the parcel will be delivered. After paying for the parcel, enter only its nine-digit sending code here; do not enter a collection code.
Fulfilment depends on availability, a successful reservation, and positive verification of a valid, active code. An invalid or non-working code may result in rejection; the reason will be recorded and sent by email if an address was provided. After successful code verification, we will send the parcel within 72 hours. InPost handles subsequent delivery.
The organiser may reject a request without a reservation or allow the shipping code to be corrected. Rejection without a reservation releases stickers immediately. With a reservation, stickers remain reserved for 12 hours from the decision; this option is available only if an email address was provided. The email includes the reason and a private link to enter a replacement code. The link belongs only to that request and must not be shared. If no replacement code is submitted in time, the request is finally rejected and stickers return to stock. When a new code is accepted, an email confirms receipt, the request returns to review and the 12-hour countdown stops. A later decision may allow another 12-hour reservation or reject the request without a reservation.
If you provide an email address, you receive confirmation and dispatch or rejection notifications. Rejection with a reservation also includes a correction link. We send an acknowledgement after a replacement code is submitted.
Stickers and promotional access are free. InPost sets the shipping price, which you pay directly to the carrier; the organiser does not collect shipping fees. Cancelling a reservation or rejecting a request does not automatically cancel a paid shipment. If the code is unused and the parcel has not been dispatched, you may ask InPost to cancel the shipment and refund the fee through its contact form or MAT chatbot. InPost determines refund conditions and processes the request; an automatic refund is not guaranteed. Carrier instructions: InPost: cancel an unused shipment and request a refund.
Contact and complaints
Questions, cancellation before dispatch and complaints about the campaign or stickers may be sent by email or post to the organiser's address above. Describe the problem and provide details that identify the request, such as the shipping code; do not send an account password or collection code. We will reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint, by email or in writing. Payment and transport issues should also be raised with InPost. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory rights, including consumer rights, complaint rights and withdrawal rights where applicable. The 12-hour correction deadline does not replace those rights.
Campaign participants’ personal data
To handle a request, we process the shipping code, sticker sizes and colours, request status and dates, accepted terms version and optional email address (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Keyed hashes of technical device and connection identifiers protect the service and associate reservations with a session (Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in security). Email is used for request notifications, not marketing enrolment. Without a shipping code and sticker selection we cannot fulfil a request; email is optional, but without it there are no email notifications or correction links. Requests are reviewed by the organiser, not solely by automated decision-making.
Request data is retained while the request and related complaints are handled. Afterwards, only data necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained until the applicable limitation period expires, or data required by a specific legal obligation for the period that obligation requires. Shipping codes are also retained during the campaign to prevent assignment to multiple requests. Once these grounds cease, data should be deleted or anonymised. Recipients may include hosting, transactional email, operational notification and diagnostics providers described in the privacy policy. InPost independently processes shipment data entered in its app.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (President of UODO). Contact the organiser about your data. Details about providers and possible transfers outside the EEA are available in the privacy policy.
ADAKS MEDIA DANIEL DOBROWOLSKI is the data controller. Information about your rights and how to contact the controller is available in the Privacy Policy.
