Frequently asked questions

How does the QR sticker work?

The sticker contains a unique QR code that opens a contact form when scanned. The person scanning can send you a text message or photos without knowing your personal details.

How do I activate a sticker?
  1. Degrease the surface where you will place the sticker.
  2. Apply the sticker to your chosen item or vehicle. The 90 × 45 mm stickers are reverse-printed: apply them to the window from inside the vehicle so that the QR code can be read from outside.
  3. Scan the sticker with your phone camera. You will be taken to the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
  4. After downloading the app, log in and open the “Stickers” menu.
  5. Select the plus icon (“Add”) in the top right corner and scan the sticker.
  6. Confirm linking the sticker to your account in the app. Once confirmed, the sticker will be assigned to this account.

Until the sticker is linked to an account, every scan with a phone camera directs you to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

What happens when the subscription expires?

The QR code will show that the sticker subscription has expired. Renew the sticker to keep receiving notifications.

Can I have multiple stickers?

Yes, there's no limit on stickers per account. Each sticker has a unique QR code and separate notification settings.

How is my privacy protected?

The person sending a message never sees your data. IP addresses are hashed, messages are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Can I block spam?

Yes. We use a multi-layered anti-spam system that includes automatic verification, message limits, and the ability to block unwanted senders.
